Children are a top priority for us here at Sweet River Church. We understand how kids are bombarded with anti-Christian themes such as Harry Potter or Dungeon and Dragons type media. We also understand  how "some" public schools undermine your Christian values without asking permission.  We work hard to make the class fun and yet effective with the gospel message.  

This is why our Children's ministry is such a high priority for us. As we grow, this ministry will develop in ways it has not yet.

We offer a Children's-Church which begins right after our adult song-service and before the pastor's sermon.  About 11:30 a.m. each Sunday. The kids are dismissed from the adult service to their school-room where our teacher's Laurel and Joshua Burton lead them in a variety of ways.

We offer Christian games, skits, puppets, singing and bible stories for kids at the elementary school level. Any child who wants to remain in the adult service with their parents can do so at their parent's direction.

Infant Care

Currently Ms. Evelyn Krueger is our infant care teacher. She takes care of all the little ones up to five year old.

We monitor these classes closely to make necessary changes as we go.
